The Perks and Recognition Intended for Meeting Organizers (PRiMO) Loyalty Program rewards valued clients for their patronage of participating hotels and convention centers. 

PRiMO members can enjoy perks and privileges at the following SM Hotels and Convention Corp. (SMHCC) properties:

Membership is free and issued to selected bookers and decision-makers of meetings and events. Members must have at least Php30,000 worth of events in the past six (6) months accumulated in one (1) property or combined among participating properties.


A virtual card will be issued upon successful registration on the PRiMO website. You may already start earning points upon registration.

  • Priority check-in and check-out at hotel properties, subject to availability
  • Free 20mbps Wi-Fi connection during events for SMX clients

  • A PRiMO membership has a validity of one (1) year upon card issuance.
  • Membership will automatically be discontinued upon the member’s separation from their company. PRiMO Loyalty must be notified in the event of separation or resignation.
  • PRiMO cards are non-transferrable. In case of resignation from the company, membership may then be re-assigned to another meeting organizer with all earned points carried over to the new member. In case of company transfer but with the same designation as meeting organizer, we can issue a new card with your new company details.
  • Membership will automatically be renewed when a member accumulates a total of 300 points for during the whole membership cycle.


For a minimum total revenue of Php 30,000, you can earn points by booking events at any SMHCC property. 

Earn one (1) point for every Php300 spent for any event (room and banquet) at Conrad Manila or for venue rentals at SMX Aura, SMX Bacolod, SMX Davao, SMX Manila, SMX Olongapo, Megatrade Hall, Sky Hall Seaside Cebu or any upcoming SMX Convention Center properties.


Sample breakdown:

Php 300,000 worth of revenue divided by 300 = 1,000 PRiMO points


Earn one (1) point for every Php200 spent for your event (room and banquet) at Pico Sands Hotel, Taal Vista Hotel, Radisson Blu Cebu, Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, Park Inn by Radisson Clark, Park Inn by Radisson Davao, Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo, Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA and other upcoming hotels. 


Sample breakdown:

Php 300,000 worth of revenue divided by 200 = 1,500 PRiMO points

Upon full payment of your event, points will be processed on the 15th and 30th of every month and will be credited to your PRiMO card within twenty-one (21) business days. Points may be viewed on your account on the PRiMO Loyalty website. The more you book, the greater the rewards!


  • Individual reservations are not eligible to earn points, including other loyalty programs of delegates attending a PRiMO-qualified event.
  • Travel agencies can only earn points for MICE business. Professional Event Organizers can earn points for businesses they brought to the property.
  • Dining at hotel food outlets will not be eligible to earn points.


Hotel points may be redeemed at any of the SM Hotel properties. Use your points to avail of hotel accommodation, SMX discount voucher or SM Gift cards that you can use at any SM Affiliated stores. All redemptions of hotel points are subject to availability and reservation are required.
